Discover
Discovery or scoping phase is a process of collecting and analysing information about the project, its intended market, audience. It allows getting a well-rounded and in-depth understanding of the goals, scope, and limitations. Business discovery stage helps understand the end users, their needs, and requirements.

The purpose of the development Phase is to convert the system design prototyped in the Design Phase into a working information system that addresses all documented system requirements. At the end of this phase, the working system will enter the Test Phase.

The deployment phase is the final phase of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and puts the product into production. After the project team tests the product and the product passes each testing phase, the product is ready to go live.

In this phase, deliver the finished project to the customer, communicating completion to stakeholders and releasing resources to other projects. This vital step in the project lifecycle allows the team to evaluate and document the project and move on the next one.
